Contact SupplierCopper Sulphate is a very versatile chemical with extensive range of uses in industry. Copper(II) sulfate, also known as cupric sulfate, is the inorganic compound with the chemical formula CuSO4(H2O)x, where x can range from 0 to 5. The pentahydrate (x = 5) is the most generic form. Older names for this compound include blue vitriol, bluestone, vitriol of copper and Roman vitriol. The copper status of the soil, together with the frequency of application and quantity of copper sulfate applied, will determine the effects of copper sulfate on plants.
Applications:
Agriculture: Technical Grade Fungicide used for making of Bordeaux Mixture
Industrial: It is largely used as Textile mordant and used in Electroplating and Dyes Intermediate.
