Copper Flexible Connectors

Copper Laminated Flexible Connectors are manufactured by stacking several foils of electrolytic copper and then applying high current under high pressure. These types of copper laminated flexible connectors are commonly used as flexible expansion joints for connecting the bus bars in different applications. Copper Flexible Connector Tinned Copper Flexible Connector can be made from electrolytic copper Cu-ETP (grade C101) or from oxygen free copper. Copper laminated Connectors consist of several stacked strips with riveted or welded contact areas. There are possibilities to drill, saw, braze, mill and weld the contact areas. There is no filler metal used to form the solid portion and the metal itself melts and forms a homogeneous bond. Thus, there is almost nil, millionth drop in the copper laminated connectors making it a perfect substitute for solid bus bar.
