Since our inception in 1971, we constantly endeavored to improve and excel in our field. Our seasoned workers are equally skilled and our elaborate Indian and international client base reflects our specialization in production of components and parts made of brass, copper, stainless steel and aluminum.
We at Jay Ashapura Brass Components ensure to produce at least 2 Tons of parts per day while keeping it in mind to churn out our client’s requirement. This makes our daily production rate apparently 10000 to 15000 pieces daily. We offer the product sizes varying from 1mm to 100mm.
Our manufacturing precision including quality control and optimum usage of innovation keeps us ahead of our competitors. We are fully equipped to deal with any kind of requirements from our clients and since inception, we have specialized in producing customized components made of brass, copper, stainless steel and aluminum to name some. Our factory area is 15000 sq ft and we have 35 people in the office. There are 75 skilled workers in our factory and the quality control and the R&D department has 27 people. Over all we have 475 workers specializing in different fields to help our company excel.
