Cool Grinder / Micro Pulverizer

Introduction

Shri Krishna Cool Grinder is a swing cutter type grinding chamber lined with suitable lining plates. The machine works on the principle of grinding by the impact of hammers. The machine is provided with a wide feed hopper.

Working

The raw materials to be grinded are entered into the grinding chamber through the wide feed hopper. The raw materials entered into the grinding chamber are contacted with swinging hammers. These hammers rotate continuously against the striking plates thereby crushing the material until a uniform powder is formed. After a uniform powder of the material is formed, the powder is passed through the perforated screen present at the bottom of the grinding chamber. This allows the different sized particles to be separated and a consistent powder is obtained.

This powder is continuously sucked by a powerful blower unit and sent through the pipeline into cyclone separator. In the cyclone separator, the dust and the final product are separated. The final product is discharged from the bottom of the cyclone separator for collection and bagging.

The top of the cyclone separator has an air balloon fitted which separates clean air and dust particles. The dust particles stored in the air balloon can be shaken into the cyclone separator and thus removed from the bottom.

*The output of the machine is increased through the air blower which maintains cool temperature in the unit by constant flow of atmospheric air.

*The size of the final product varies as per the size of the screen

Shri Krishna Cool Grinder is the perfect machinery fit for grinding materials like poultry feeds, food products, herbs and spices like red chillies, black pepper, oregano, basil, thyme, nutmeg, dill seed, tea, coffee and others.

Construction

Shri Krishna Cool Grinder is made from best quality raw materials at our site. The Main body is fabricated with thick M.S. Plates or C.I. as desired. Every contact part of the main machine is lined with suitable heavy duty lining plates. These lining plates are like a shield to the machine from wear and tear thus increasing the longevity of the machine. The hammers fitted on the main shaft are coated with hard alloys. The main shaft runs on Heavy Duty Ball or Roller Bearings. Fabricated channel foundation, iron nut bolts and cloth bags are provided additionally as required in the machinery.
