Conveyor Pulley

we use ERW pipe of different thickness as per customer requirement . Sufficient thickness of pulley shell is used to carry desired load without intermediate discs but intermediate discs can be provided if required by customers. Pulley shaft are cut out of En8 bars & machined between centers to correct dimension. Hardening is done as per customer requirement. Typical construction of Roltech pulleys are of parallel key type but other pulley construction as per costumer requirement can be manufacture such as gib head key type, weld on hub type & taper locking type etc.
Rubber lagging is often done on drive pulley to increase friction between belt & pulley face. It is often influenced by many objectives. Hence it is done as per costumer requirement. Standard Roltech drive pulley is lagged with diamond grooved neoprene rubber of 10mm thickness & 60 to 65 BHN shore hardness.
