Idler assemblies are suitable for continuous operation under full load condition. Idler roller are with deep grove, single row seize resistant, life lubricated ball bearing. The unique design of totally hermetic seal consisting of inner seal, triple labyrinth, protects the bearing against possible entrance of contaminates such as rain, dust & dirt etc. with the minimum of friction drag. Life projection is 30000 working hours or more depending on the load. Carrying idler is used to support the conveyor belt and are installed on the groove-shape frame. The first group of idlers covers carrying sets which support the loaded section of the belt and move the material. They are located in the upper part of the conveyor. generally made in 30 degree & 35 degree. According to conveyor requirement it also made in these degree.
