We provide idlers with dust collection systems that offers useful versatility where both grinding and buffing are done. Motors are totally enclosed, non-ventilated, rated for continuous grinding service. All are equipped with ball bearings, grease lubricated and sealed; designed for long life. Starting equipment is indicated in the chart below. For added safety, the use of an eye shield and a dust collector is suggested. A shaft holding device is provided as standard to simplify wheel changing. CARRYING IDLER: Carrying idler are used to support the conveyor belt and are installed on the groove-shape frame,groove-shape forward inclined idler frames and transition idler frame.
