Continuity Tester

Continuity tester is a simple instrument and easy to operate. Continuity tester is suitable for checking continuity of any electrical circuit. construction:-the casing is made of unbreakable plastic. In principle it consist of a neon indicator activated by two penlight cell which normally last for many hundred testing.  instructions :- (1) connect both ends of the circuit at the firing point to the contact socket (terminal).(2) press button to make test, if the circuit is complete the neon will glow, if not there is a break in the circuit. (3) the shot firing cable is tested by connecting the two wire of one cable end to the continuity tester. if the two wires on the other end are free, the neon will not glow. If it glows, this indicates a shot circuit some where in the cable. if on the other hand, the neon does not glow when the two wires at the free end of the cable are connected to each other, then there is a break in the cable.
