CONICAL MANDREL
A perfect bend tester to test the elasticity and elongation of various coatings, on metals. It Confirms to standards ASTM D-522, D1737 /BS 3900 E11 / ISO 6860 / DIN 53150, 66669. The conical mandrel is made of stainless steel. It is tapered from 37mm to 3mm dia, over a length of 200mm. This allows easy identification in a single operation, the coating failure at specified diameter over part or entire length of mandrel. It has a sturdy construction. The sample panel is clamped between the scale, and bent by rotation of the roller. OVERALL WEIGHT :4.5Kgs. (approx)
