Conductive elastomer gaskets provide excellent EMI Shielding and sealing. We make conductive Elastomers which meet MIL-DTL-83528 specifications. We make a wide range of conductive Elastomers which include Silicone or Fluorosilicone Elastomers with conductive fillers such as Pure Silver, Silver – Plated, Silver plated Aluminum, and these Conductive Elastomers are available in various profiles having excellent sealing and shielding properties. The various types of cross sections are solid ‘O’, ‘D’ Rectangular, ‘U’ Channel, ‘P’, Hollow ‘O’, ‘D’ strips and ‘P’ strips etc., Our silver filled elastomers are Capable of giving around 120 dB shielding effectiveness in the Plane wave and E-Fields.
