In industrial processes, the recovery and treatment of condensate are essential for both environmental and economic reasons. treating and recycling condensate can reduce water consumption and contribute to sustainable water management practices. Condensing polishing units find applications in a range of industries, including power generation, petrochemicals, and manufacturing. In power plants, for instance, these units are integral to the steam cycle, enhancing the purity of the condensate water that circulates through turbines. This, in turn, improves overall plant efficiency and reduces the risk of equipment damage. We have strategically integrated Ultrafiltration (UF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) technologies into our CPU plants, achieving an impressive maximum recovery rate of 80%. Ultrafiltration systems designed to target total suspended solids in the condensate. Ultrafiltration, a membrane-based filtration process, is highly effective in removing particulate matter, ensuring that the condensate entering subsequent treatment stages is free from larger impurities. Through a sophisticated membrane-based process, RO selectively separates ions and dissolved impurities, producing water of exceptional purity.
