DESCRIPTION
Perma Pump Prime is a clear yellowish viscous liquid which is used for priming the concreting piping system in the concrete pump to ease the flow of concrete through the pipes easily without any friction with the pipes and to control segregation, bleed and the loss of slump due to heat generated by the friction.
PRIMARY USES
To lubricate the pump for pumping concrete, mortar, grout or any cementitious slurry.
ADVANTAGES
Perma Pump Prime helps in lubricating the pumping system without causing any adverse effect on the mix proportions. Priming with the cement slurry causes imbalance in the mix and priming with water causes increase in the water-cement ratios in the initial mixes pumped due to priming water entrapped in the recesses of the pumping system.
DIRECTION FOR USE
Mix Perma Pump Prime liquid with water in the proportion of one litre Perma Pump Prime to 20 litres of water and pour it in the pump hopper just before pumping the concrete or grout.
PACKING
Perma Pump Prime is available in 20 Litre and 210 Litre drums.
