Concrete Chimney

Eco Chimneys is an improved version of eco friendly industrial chimney that was developed to effectively overcome limitations in the brick, steel and conventional RCC chimneys. Eco Chimney is a factory manufactured Precast cement concrete Chimney customised for almost all kinds of smoke and heat emitting industries. Eco chimney is a patented product that has been declared as an invention under category ‘’An improved version of chimney suitable for industrial units’’ by the government of India. With extensive research, it has been developed to effectively control pollution and improve fuel efficiency.Cylindrically shaped individual concrete moulds are placed on top of one another to form the Precast Industrial chimney structure. The concrete structure is held together by an external skeleton in the form of a steel tower. External support allows the chimney to be minimally reinforced with steel avoiding cracks and damages during heat retention. The conical base of the chimney is constructed using precast concrete blocks, allowing flexibility to customise the shape and height of the base, and also the number and size of flue gas ducts. After the conical base is cured and ready, the modular rings are stacked on top of one another to complete the chimney structure. The concrete structure is secured to the exoskeleton at regular intervals during the construction process. The completed chimney is then fitted with the required accesories, painted & ready for commissioning.
