Contact SupplierMAHIMA’s Concentrated Tamarind Paste is extracted from fresh tamarind fruit which grows abundantly in Southern and Eastern parts of India. The Brix Level for the Concentrated Tamarind Paste is maintained at 65 degrees so as to maintain its free flowing nature. Tamarind is sour in taste, so the acidity of the Concentrated Tamarind Paste is 10.0% – 14.0%. Also the pH level of the Concentrated Tamarind Paste is 1.5% – 3.0%. We do not use any kind of preservative or sweetener in our product Concentrated Tamarind Paste in order to maintain the originality of the product and quality of the product. The color of the concentrate is Brownish Black and the flavor the product is characteristic flavor of the tamarind. This proves the genuineness of our products. The taste of the Concentrated Tamarind Paste is fruity odour of the tamarind. We do not add any other ingredient in the Concentrated Tamarind Paste which leads to maintain the original change of the tamarind.
