We are manufacturing moulds for Glass fiber composites. For process like Pultrusion, RTM and SMC.
Mould Material, which we select for manufacturing is very specific, Also we are carried out heat –treatment and protective coating against erosion of glass fibre. Because of this care is taken for the mould, they gives much better Production life, diamond polish and hard chrome plating gives best surface finish to molded article. Good quality electric heaters are provided with tool, where it is required. SMC tool is steam or oil heated, and design to produce same temperature on all surfaces. Size is not a matter for us. We can convert your idea in reality.
