bhagyanagar india ltd is a surana group company and has started manufacturing commutators for automotive sector and we have developed barrel type and riser type commutator to start with design infrastructure and sound technical team in this field. We are one of the major suppliers of commutators to lucas tvs.
round wire is made to a profile and punched into segments as per drawing.
as per the customer drg the matched mica (insulator) also is punched from the sheets of the required thickness.
copper and mica segments are stacked alternately (1:1) ratio.
moulded commutators are made.
cured commutators are reamed for the finish of inner diameter and turned on the outer diameter as per the drawing size.
slotted for the riser commutators as per the customer drawing.
