Cooling Tower Herbal Liquid

Aditya Herbal Liquid will complex metals and from insoluble one. This will be heterogeneous in water and in due course settles down due to its weights. Scales on surface will form ions. This will be corroded by our liquid and form porosity (Holes) in the scales. Ionized salts are converted into non-ionized form by our liquid, living organisms will not get salts to grow. Its food chain will be cutoff hence its growth will destroy. 

The dosage of Aditya Herbal Liquid is based on the following parameters 

• Total water stored in the system. 
• Amount of daily make-up water. 
• The hardness of water flowing in the system. 
• Load on which the boiler & cooling tower runs.
• Total capacity of the boiler & cooling tower

Dosage may vary from system to system. USAGE FOR COOLING TOWER:  

ADITYA HERBAL LIQUID should be directly dosed in to the sump of the system or its tray. Initially dosage will be a bit high so that the liquid can make up with complete water in the system. 

OBSERVATIONS IN COOLING TOWER 

Changing color and loosening of algae with Increase in flow of water.

Change in the T.H. & T.D.S. of water.

Reduction in discharge pressure and change in Temperature difference. 

Quality and transparency of water.
