This wire is used for making critical fasteners, cold heading and cold extrusion components.

♦ Acid Pickling and Phosphate coating on wire rods for smooth surface and improved tool life in forging 
♦ Spheroidized Annealing in nitrogen atmosphere resulting in zero decarburization 
♦ Closer tolerances in drawing from proper input sizes and also to avoid ovality 
♦ Minimum 90% spheroidization and uniform grain size 
♦ In house testing of UTS, elongation, hardness, microstructure and cold upset ability test

♦ Delivery : compact coils, binding wire is used for strapping in three to four places.
