COIR is a versatile natural fibre extracted from the fibrous mesocarp of coconuts.

The fibrous layer of the fruit is separated from the hard shell by the process called

“Defibering” or “Dehusking". These fibers are cleaned to separate long and short fiber, which

are then packed into bales accordingly.
