Coil Transfer Car

Coil Transfer Car – The body structure parts are made out of mild steel, all shaft pins are made out of high grade alloy steel. The entire structure is very robust and strong to withstand the required load. Number of V-blocks shall vary with no. of coils to be carried. It is multipurpose to carry coils, sheets/ plates, rods, ingots and billets. Movement of car is by drive system operated by geared motor connected to the front wheel axle assembly. The car moves on rails. Necessary electrical circuits with panel and controls are provided.
