Vertical Disk type coffee pulper which matures the ripe cherry with using only 20% of water, a demucilager removes the mucilage and cleans the beans just ready for soak or drying. A circular rods sieve screen with cleaning brush to classify the coffee that is going to be processed: an endless screw mixer of pulp and mucilage: and a rigid steel frame structure, designed to support the previous equipment, occupies minimum spaces and makes easier for installation.
