The hardened shell of mature coconuts is horizontally or vertically cut with high-speed blades and the inner and outer surfaces are polished to give a smooth finish. Coconut shells varying volumetric capacity ranging from 185 ml to 200 ml are packaged in corrugated boxes complying with EU standards.
After filling white colored Coconut flavored ice cream in Coconut Shell is shrink wrapped, in printed Company name and finally transported to various destinations in Europe by using refrigerated containers.
