The Cascade, freestanding type with High-pressure seamless gas cylinders for CNG gas Service suitable for a filling pressure of 250 kg/cm² at 15ºC. Imorted High Pressure Cylinders are assembled inside a sturdy frame in three independent banks, Low Bank, Medium bank and High Bank. The cylinders are mounted in the frame such that there is no lateral or rotational movement of the cylinder during transportation. The cylinders assembled keeping a minimum gap of 30mm between them. The frame have a lifting eye to facilitate lifting with the crane as well as forklift with full weight of cylinder filled with gas, and have suitable tie down camps the base. The Cascade painted with a special paint to withstand environmental corrosion.
The manifolding are suitable for three line sequential filling through the Dispensr. All fittings and valves are of SS 316 rated for the working pressure. Each bank has a liquid pressure guage 0-400 kg/cm² assembled in a manifold block. All tubings are SS 316 confirming to ASTM A 269 suitable to absorb contraction, expansion and vibration.

In addition to the CNG cylinders WNCL produces cylinders for compressed industrial gases viz. Oxygen, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Argon, Helium, Air, etc.; fire fighting applications and beverage use.
The other products of WNCL are CNG cascades and CNG dispensers. With hand-on experience in designing and manufacturing cascades and dispensers, WNCL’s engineers manufacture these as per the requirements of its clients.
The specialty of WNCL’s manufacturing process is that the entire procedure is being carried out in-house with proper monitoring conforming to the relevant national/international standards to ensure the quality of the product. WNCL’s products undergo variety of tests stipulated by the national/international Standards viz. pressure cyclic test, hydrostatic stretch test, air leakage test, burst test, etc. to assess the fatigue strength, usage life, safety and reliability for application under rough, tough & extreme climatic conditions. The WNCL cylinders are epoxy coated on exterior surface for protection against unfriendly environment. Thus WNCL ensures that it provides quality products to its clients.
