Design of Synchro Press Brake is based on Y1 - Y2 cylinders synchronized for parallelism of Ram and Table through Electronic Control.
Steel Frame is Rigidly Welded and monoblock construction is designed to absorb under load. .
Cylinders are made out of High Quality Steel and precisely honed. Piston are Hard chrome Plate and Ground. Seals used are of Quality material and of imported make.
Ram travels through rigid and accurate low friction Fiber Slide ways to achieve desired beam tilt. .
Full electronic Synchronization. With servo valve technology of (Bosch-Rexroth or other imported make) assures continuous monitoring & correction of Y1 and Y2 parallelism through CNC control. .
Stroke depth measurement through Electronic liner scales upto 5 Microns resolution.
One side bending without any damage to guiding system..
CNC X-Axis (Back Gauge) travels on two Ball Screws and hard chromed Rod through Roller Cage guiding.
CNC X-Axis (Back Gauge) driven by A. C. Servo Motor (Imported Make) and Encoder with close loop control.
