Bergertech CNC Drill Heads:
They are used to rationalize drilling operations in series production. With the aid of a multi-spindle drilling head, two, three, or up to 30 holes can be machined simultaneously.
BERGER CNC Drill Heads are used for drilling, reaming, countersinking, thread cutting and boring special machine. A large number of adapters enables them to be used on all types of production machines such as drilling machines, transfer machines, CNC machining centres and CNC lathe centres with machine-driven tools. .
BERGER CNC Drill Heads are manufactured with the most modern machinery to the highest level of precision. Depending on the application, the spindles are mounted on individually non-floating honed-in needle bearings or on very precise spindle bearings.
BERGER CNC Drill Heads are made of specially selected high-quality materials. The turned parts are hardened and polished. The gearwheels are made from drawn steel which is quenched and nitrate-hardened or also hardened and polished. We have a wide range of spare parts in stock and an extensive after-sales service, both of which guarantee a continued production.
Bergertech customers are mainly in the automotive industry (Peugeot, Ford, and VW) and the building services industry (JRG, KWC).
