Contact SupplierClove is the common name of dried flower bud from a tree of the myrtle family. The clove tree is a small to medium evergreen tree, native to the islands of eastern Indonesia. The main countries where they are grown are Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Zanzibar, Madagascar and India. The flowers are small and produced in clusters. The leaves, flowers, and bark are aromatic. Clove oil is obtained from cloves by distillation.Quality : Sulawesi, Java and Sumatera. Maximum moisture 13-15%. Packing : Double jute gunny bags of 50-60 kg each. 1 x 20 foot - 11-12 MT approximately. Clove stems are the stems of the clove bud flower. They possess the odor and taste of the cloves, but they are worth only about one-fifth the price of the cloves, as they are deficient in volatile oil. They are largely used as an adulterant in ground cloves, and are used in the manufacture of oil of cloves.
