• The Class-III Biological Safety Cabinet are designed for work with Biosafety level 4 high-risk microbiological agents and provides maximum  protection to the environment and  the worker. It is a gas-tight enclosure with a non- opening, completely sealed, viewing window. Access to the interior  of the cabinet is through a double door pass-through “interchange” box. Reversing that process allows for the safe removal of materials from Class III  Biosafety cabinet.100 % air exhaust.
• Ambient air is taken through HEPA- filter at the top of the cabinet and passes through down flow HEPA Filter and enter working zone as laminar flow, the uniform non turbulent  air stream protects against cross  contamination within & throughout the  work area. Near the work surface area splits in two, exits the cabinet through  perforations around the perimeter of the work zone.
• Exhaust air pass through HEPA Filter & Virus burn unit,Exhaust ducting with L- Bent PVC pipe supplied with the machine
• Long, gloves and glove parts are attached in a gas-tight manner to ports of the cabinet. Although these gloves restrict movement for the manipulation of the materials isolated inside the cabinet, they prevent the user’s direct contact with the hazardous materials. THE TRADE-OFF IS CLEARLY ON THE SIDE OF MAXIMIZING PERSONAL SAFETY.

• Any internal joint or welding with below spillage collection zone. The work table can be removed for cleaning of the spillage. Front & rear air grille at the working chamber.
