M2 Duplex Packing Machine collates, foil wraps if required and continuously packs single bundles of into two Cartons simultaneously.The cartons are formed during the packing operation from pre-folded shells and pre-creased slides delivered from magazines on the machine.Basically the machine comprises a Hopper,a twin track filling unit with associated foiling units where applicable, and a single track sealing unit incorporating the shell and slide magazine.

The machine is supplied for normal bundle, with an option for embossed and loose front foil.The machine is built from high precision components having the desired metallurgical and heat treatment characteristics resulting in low wear and tear low maintenance and longer life.It is a highly reliable, operator friendly machine having high productivity and efficiency with negligible rejection.

Manufacturing:
All incoming materials are subjected to strict in house inspection including chemical analysis and other tests as per material specifications.
Manufacturing is carried out as per established methods as detailed in process cards for individual components.
Stage inspection is carried out after every operation on 100% jobs. Subsequent operation cannot commence unless previous operation is cleared by inspection.
Dimensional record of all-important components are maintained, each component is marked for identification & tracability.
Heat treatment, surface treatment, painting is carried out as per defined norms and MOI standards.
Assembly & Testing:
Each and every equipment is fully assembled in shop.
Testing, dry runs & trials with products are carried out as per design parameters.
Testing / trials is carried by Q.C. Department and can be witnessed by customers at assembly shop. Machine certificate and trial / test report is prepared for each machine.
Illustrated parts catalogues, operation & maintenance manuals are supplied along with each machine.
Commissioning & After Sales Service:
Company has a team of knowledgeable and experienced service engineers who supervise erection & commissioning at site.
Free service is provided during warranty.
Even after warranty, prompt service is ensured with spares parts back up.
