CHRISTMAS BLEND / MEDIUM ROAST Taking reminiscence from the cake mixing ceremony and soaked fruits we thought of recreating that in our Christmas blend this year. Combining three processes of washed, naturals and Amrut whiskey barrel aged to get a coffee which has a rich and smooth body, with notes of soaked fruits, red berries, warm spices with a boozy finish. This coffee has a medium acidity and a lingering finish and is suitable to be brewed as an espresso-based drink or manual brewing methods such as the Mokapot, Aeropress or pourover.
