Contact SupplierChloroprene Rubber commonly known as “Neoprene” is manufactured using the synthetic polymer chloroprene or chloro-butadiene. It is an extremely versatile synthetic rubber with proven performance. It has the balanced combination of properties that makes it the best multi-functional rubber sheet.
It has great mechanical and good abrasion properties. It is resistant to heat, ozone and weathering and has good adhesion to metal. It has an operating temperature range of -30°C to +130°C. It offers good resistance to inorganic hydrocarbons. It can be specially compounded to achieve flame/fire retardance. Various grades of neoprene sheets are available depending upon end use/application.
