The chemical resistant tiles are manufactured with blending of finest quality raw materials available locally in Gujarat, then shaping and pressing in de-airing vacuum extrusion and finally drying and firing in continuous tunnel drier and kiln with approx 1200 degrees C temperature. Due to vacuum extrusion and tunnel kiln firing, KCIPL tiles posses certain properties; high flexural strength, very low water absorption, high abrasion resistant, high chemicalcorrosionacidalkali resistant properties.
