Paper Tubes 

  1. Can be used a maximum of 4 times 
  2. Wastage per tube of end tapes is 100 gms 
  3. Cost of paper tubes per kgs of yarn= Rs. 0.90/kg
  4. Loss of yarn per paper tube = Rs. 8.60 
  5. Cost of differential price per tube can be recovered in wastage saving. 
  6. Spring cost per month = Rs. 608.00 

Steel Jumbo Bobbins 

  1. Can be used over 100 times 
  2. Wastage per tube of end tapes is 25 gms 
  3. Cost of steel jumbo bobbins per kgs of yarn= Rs.
  4. 0.38/kg
  5. Loss of yarn per steel jumbo bobbin = Rs. 2.15 
  6. Cost of differential price per tube can be
  7. recovered by using 29 times
  8. Spring cost per month = Rs. 152.00
