• Gears are accurately machine cut from special alloy steel and case hardened.
• Load lifting and suspension hooks are as per IS:8610.
• Load lifting chains are of alloy steel as per IS:6216 (Grade-8O)or mild steel as per IS:2429 (Pt.II)(Grade-30).
• Frame is made of mild steel sections.
• Load chain wheels are of heavy duty malleable castings with grade-8O load chains or graded cast iron with grade-30 load chains, and mounted on ball bearing for easy and smooth operation.
• Screw and friction-disc type self actuating load pressure brake hardened to eliminate wear, is provided to hold and sustain load in any working position.
