Chain Conveyor

ISF designs, manufactures and supplies conveyor of various sizes, lengths and capacities. The ISF chain conveyors are ideal for horizontal and inclined conveying of materials demanding a completely closed dust proof transport such as grain, pellets and powders. Various models and sizes are available depending on the materials being conveyed and the required capacity.

We supply as standalone equipment or as part of a turnkey plant to rice mills and dal mills as per their specific requirement. We always use UHMWPE lining which minimizes any type of wear and increases efficiency.

ISF chain conveyor range of products contains models constructed to suit various materials and tasks, and it comes with a range of standard features. Standard features cover galvanized steel sheets, mild steel sheets with powder coating, easy assembled sections, assembled tension and drive station, intermediate sections, 10 mm UHMWPE sheet on the bottom plate, drive terminal with motors and gears from well-known and acknowledged supplier in energy classes IE2 and IE3.

The main feature is the chain which is manufactured in special steel with welded flights, and fitted with hardened steel bushes. A number of flights are complete with plastic flaps as per requirement, which clean the bottom of the conveyor box
