    Indian Chaat Recipes. The words “Chaat” is from the hindi verb “chaatna” which means to lick. No Indain can resist chaat , and now this delicious category has earned its share of globe fanfare too. Chaat is popularly eaten as a snack and is also light on the stomach.
    Our Chaat Recipe collection is easy to prepare and are loved by all. An all time favourite street food in India , Chatpata Chaat , Loaded with crunchy savouries , juicy veggies ,peppy chutneys and spices , are guaranteed to tickle your taste buds. Chaat Masala and Kala Namak are the quintessential elements in making any chaat. Chaat masala is a blend of spices, which imparts a very enjoyable flavour to all the dishes.
    Nothing can be more exciting than having plate of Dahi Ragda chaat , Aloo Chaat or Dahi Vada accompanied by the friendly banter of friends and family . Initially, chaat was served only on the street but , now has found a place in the high – end Indian Restaurants , weddings and special occasions.
    Ingredients Of Chaat

    • 2 Medium potatoes, boiled
    • 1//4 cup small chickpeas (parboiled)
    • Salt to taste
    • Rock salt (according to taste)
    • 1 tbsp AAA Gold chaat masala
    • 1/2 inch ginger, julienne
    • 1 small green chillies (cut into small pieces)
    • A few pomegranate seeds
    • 2 tsp lemon juice


    Preparation

    • Boil the potato, peel them and cut horizontally into 2 halves.
    • Hollow out the potato from the centre.
    • Fill the hollow with chickpeas,green chillies, pomegranate, ginger julliens, sprinkle salt, rock salt, AAA Gold chaat masala and lemon juice.
