Description : CETCRETE SBR is a styrene butadiene polymer based latex specialty developed to form matrix cement. It is used in mortar and concrete as an admixture to increase water resistance, wear resistance and durability.

Direction for use for Concrete Repair

Bond Coat : Application of CETCRETE SBR cement slurry in a ration of 1:1 as bond coat on the entire existing substrate including the reinforcement.

Modified Mortar : Filling up to cover zone area by CETCRETE SBR modified mortar at a nominal thickness of 25 mm as per following mix design :

• Cement : 50 Kg
• Sand : 125Kg
• CETCRETE SBR : 10 Kg
• Water : 6 to 8 Lt.

Direction for use for waterproofing coating:

• Remove all dirt and loose particles from the surface by wire brush.
• For best results, damp the surface before coating.
• Pour the CETCRETE SBR one part of liquid into a suitable container.
• Add lumps free 2 part of cement to the above mix and mix for 2 to 4 minutes to obtain smooth, lump free slurry.
• Apply the mixed material with a stiff brush marking out the area apply like a paint.
• Keep stirring the mixed material to avoid setting during application and apply within 30 minutes after mixing.

• Apply second coat after 6 to 8 hour of first coat with other direction

Coverage : 2 sq. mts. per kg in two coats depend upon application and surface.
