Cerawool Band Heaters are 30% power saving mica Band Heaters. They are basically Mica insulated band Heaters with insulation of cerawool sheet all over the surface of the heater to minimize the heat losses. The heat Dissipation from outer surface of the heater will be prevented by this insulation, which reduces the heat loss thus resulting into better efficiency and reducing the cost on power consumption. These heaters can be made in different Diameters and width As per Customers Requirement.
USES: - Plastic Injection & Blow moulding machines, Extrusion Barrels, Cylinders, Pipe drums etc
