A family managed organization known as Hemant Tools Trading Co., was established in 1954. Over period of time, the firms more firms Ms. Kantilal Keshavlal and Tools and Gauges, were established in 1965 and 1979 respectively. In order to enhance planned growth and ensure consolidation of efforts, all the companies were merged together thereby giving birth to Hemant Tools Pvt. Ltd. in 1989.
The company's humble origins can be tracked back to the heart of the hardware tools market, Nagdevi, where it was originally located and manned by a meager staff of three. The business then comprised of only Hand Tools and Garage Tools. Hemant Tools has since progressed and now is one of the largest organization in the Marketing of Cutting Tools and Measuring Instruments in India. It has expanded considerably with Branch Offices currently at Ahmedabad, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Rajkot along with 56 engineers under its wings in other major industrial cities as well. Company's Head Office relocated first from Nagdevi to Worli and now at Lower Parel astutely reflect its success and growth.
