pullman centrifugal high pressure blowers applications : these are extensively used and are most suitable for pneumatic conveying systems, flotation systems, liquid agitation,air slide fans for cement plants and numerous process applications requiring high pressures as well as for delivering air blast to furnaces, boilers etc.range: capacity up to 50,000 cmh. And pressure up to 1,500-mm. W.g.
construction: constructional features are similar to those of blowers and exhausters but however, the impeller is of backward curved design which is suitable for developing high pressure.
pullman centrifugal medium pressure blowers applications: used for fume extraction, dust collection, pneumatic & material conveying and in various process applications.range: capacity up to 1,00,000 cmh. & pressure up to 500-mm w.g.construction:. Supplied in only (sisw) & are fabricated in heavy gauge steel sheets with adequate framing of ms angles, drilled flanges are incorporated at inlet & outlet.
the impeller, depending on the type of use, could be of backward inclined or radial design, statically & dynamically balanced for minimizing vibrations, drive arrangements in which blowers & exhausters are supplied are direct drive, direct drive through coupling or v-belt drive to suit specific requirements.
pullman centrifugal low pressure blowers applications: these are suitable for industrial ventilation requiring high volumetric flow rates at low pressures.range : capacity up to 5,00,000 cmh. And pressure up to 150-mm w.g.construction: fans are available either in single inlet single width ( sisw) or double inlet ( didw) type ~ fabricated in mild steel sheets and stiffened by means of ms angles, at inlet & outlet drilled flanges are incorporated for easy connection of the fan to the system.
the impeller is of backward inclined design, statically and dynamically balanced and mounted on the shaft by means of cast iron hub. Drive arrangement could be direct or through v-belts depending on a specific requirement.
