Cementitious Screed

FloorClad SCS12 is supplied as a dry, grey powder which requires only the addition of water to produce a smooth free flowing and self levelling material as industrial wearing course or for reinstatement of existing floors for use in areas that are subjected to both foot and forklift traffic. This is especially useful where specified floor tolerances have not been achieved or where, for speed of installation, the concrete floor has been left with a tamped finish such as Warehouses, Light to medium engineering operations, Car park etc., FloorClad SCS12 provides a self levelling, cementitious sub floor underlay for a wide variety of floor finishes which require a smooth level substrate, such as tiles, carpeting, vinyl sheeting, linoleum, rubber and other sheet flooring. Additionally, it can be used directly on in situ or precast floors to provide smooth level surface without screeding.
