    CWC (Cementitious Crystalline Water Proofing System) Product Description:

    MYMIX - CWC (Cementitious Crystalline Waterproofing System) is an integral capillary concrete waterproofing compound which waterproofs and protects concrete in depth. It consists of Portland cement, specially treated quartz sand and special chemicals.

    Advantages:
    • Easy to apply
    • Penetrates deeply and seals concrete capillary tracts and shrinkage cracks
    • Applicable for either positive or negative side pressure
    • Effective under high hydrostatic pressure
    • Tear or puncture resistant
    • Does not require protection
    • Withstands aggressive saline or chemical attack

    • Tunnels and Subways
    • Sewage and water treatment plants
    • Concrete pipes
    How to apply
    • Clean Application Area from dust & grease
    • Pour 9 to 10 litre water in a bucket
    • Add 25 kg MYMIX - CWC to water
    • Mix thoroughly preferably with mechanical stirrer or manually
    • Wait for 5 minutes to get a homogenous mix

     

    • Dams and reservoirs
    • Harbours and bridges
    • Parking areas


    • Thoroughly scratch the surface using metal wire brush
    • Apply the compound on the damp surface with a wire / nylon brush for better penetration
    • Wait for 3 hours then Apply the second coat to get uniform surface by brush on damp surface
    • Wait for another 24 hours
    • Keep treated area damp for 5 days
