Cement Feeding System

Stecofab offers cement feeding system and fly ash feeding system with its effective and efficient outstanding innovation. Concrete batching plant, in close vicinity of any rmc / mega project site is a vital facility. The transfer of cement / fly ash to the main silo determines the productivity and efficiency of these batching plants. This transfer is achieved through cement & fly ash feeding system scfs-i / scfs-ii designed, manufactured and serviced by stecofab. It is the system to help in achieving set target in cost and time. The system consists of two-in-built options for conveying material directly from the special bulker of 30 ton (which has integrated piping) to the silo and for manual dumping of material into the feed hopper and pumped through screw to a material reservoir, where the material is fluidized and conveyed to the silo.
