Cellular light weight concrete ( c l c ) blocks plant mainly consists of major units like ribbon blender, foam generator, air compressor, digital weighing system & molds. Automatic material batching & feeding system as well as wire cutting machine is also available as optional.
Cellular light weight concrete ( c l c ) blocks plant is available in following three models;
1. Cellular light weight concrete ( c l c ) blocks plant - capacity: 15 cumtr per shift
2. Cellular light weight concrete ( c l c ) blocks plant - capacity: 30 cumtr per shift
3. Cellular light weight concrete ( c l c ) blocks plant - capacity: 50 cumtr per shift
cellular light weight blocks with density of 600 kgcubmtre to 1400 kgcubmtr may be produced with this machinery. Automatic material batching, feeding system & wire cutting system is also available as optional.
