SORTING MACHINE AIR CONDITIONERS are rugged room air conditioners configured to work in dusty indoor environment of Sortex Machine Room. They are to be placed outside the partitioned room of the sorting machine room. They are fitted with serviceable / reusable air filters placed in the return line. These filters help in keeping the cooling coil of SMC free of dust enabling the unit to perform at optimum levels extending the clogging time to 7-8 hours of operation enabling optimum efficiency of the air conditioner year round. As the unit is placed outside the production area, preventive maintenance can be carried out at ease even during production time. The air conditioners are designed to maintain the Sorting Machine room temperature @ 28*C ± 2*C even at 40*C ambient.
