Electro coating is a form of painting which gives a metal an organic finish by using electrical current to deposit the paint on the surface of the component to be painted. The process work on the simple principle of “OPPOSITE’S ATTRACT”. The Paint particles are drawn to the metal part and paint is made to deposit on the component, forming an evencontinuous film over the surface, in every nook and corner, until the coating reaches the desired thickness. At the thickness the film insulates the component and the attraction of paint particle stops and electro coating is complete.
