Description & Operations :

This machine consists 4 meter of Conveyor with S.S 304 slat chain for product entry & exit.
The Containers will be manually placed in pug of the input conveyor of Sleeve Applicator Machine.
Length of film can be adjusted through HMI.
Sleeve will be placed over the Marker while moving
A sensor is placed below sleeving unit for container sensing.
When input sensor sense rotary cutter operates through servo.
Cutter cut the film at present length.
Film roll is mounted on reel mounting assembly which supply film at regular intervals with the help of dancing rollers
Film is fed to the mandrel through number of rollers.
Mandrel is designed according to the shape of containers.
Pair of rollers is placed on mandrel at bottom which pull the sleeve while cutting and places over the marker.
After placing sleeve markers moves through the shrink tunnel
After finish containers will be ejected by manually

Shrink Tunnel :

This unit contains Heaters inside the tunnel which shrinks the sleeve.
Blowers are placed at the top of the tunnel to circulate the hot air around the sleeve.
