Low Power Inverter is a low power square wave inverter with a load capacity of up to 100W. This simple low power dc to ac inverter (dc to ac converter) circuit converts 12V DC to 230V or 110V AC. Using the MOSFET as the amplifier and the heart of this circuit is IC CD4047 as function of Multivibrator Astable. The Frequency can be modified by VR1, the multivibrator output of CD4047 as the complement square wave for the driver of MOSFET T1 and T2. Transformator with the current of 1 until 3 Ampere, with the primary coil of 9-0-9V and 220V as the output and the secondary coil 12V CT as the input that driven by MOSFET T1 and T2.as per half cycle and get the complete sine wave cycle at the output 220v AC ,S2 is provide the ON & OFF inverter and the diode D6 is connected for no reverse bias connection.R3 is current limiter resister to the supply of the IC & LED D7 is shown the indicator where the inverter is or off. The gate current limiter resistance is R5 & R6.
