Horizontal Rectangular Autoclave features triple walled construction finish and comes mounted on stainless steel metal finish based tubular stands that provides for necessary operation stability. With inner chamber, middle wall and outer walls constructed using stainless steel, the presence of safety valve, pressure gauge as well as steam release valve also provides for optimum functional interface. Further, the automatic low water level cut-off device also provides for necessary safety support of element used in the process. Features: Inner chamber made using stainless steel of 304/316 grade with jacket support provided through rolled steel Doors: Hinge type single Door made up of SS304/316. Operation: Fully Automatic (As per cust omer requirement) All units coming hydraulically tested to provide for optimum performance support. Insulation: The sterilization chamber should be insulated with minimum of 50-mm thick Glass Wool, which is held in place by an outer cover of SS 304. Control Panel: System to be provided user friendly HMI as a front end user interface Following minimum attributes shall be provided: RS 232 port for data communication and In-built Real Time Clock with date and time function.
