DetectMASTER (TABLE TOP, For Socks & Undergarments) consists of sensors fitted along length (Centre Line) of the machine under the top platform. The two light indicators fitted on the left and right side have been provided for visual indication as they glow if there is any iron particle. A buzzer (for sound) is also fitted inside the machine. To control the sensitivity, there is a 10 step less volume control knob in the equipment.Whenever any garment is moved on the top surface of the machine, then the unit senses for any iron particle or needle. If the garment is free from any broken needle pieces, then the machine indicators do not glow, and the buzzer doesn’t activate. In case any broken needle pieces present in any garment then the two indicators glows (on both sides) and buzzer sounds. A very useful equipment for Socks, undergarment & other smaller articles to check for any broken needle.

The DetectMASTER i9™ (TABLE TOP) works on the magnetic induction principal. The equipment has a detecting width of 600 mm with an effective detecting height of 300 mm.
