• The Feed roll is run onward and backward by special hydraulic system for clamping/Gripping Wood on Machine.
• Machine Can Take Wood Length From 16” to 24”
• Machine Can Take Wood Diameter Upto 23”
• The feed roll is run by special quality of hydraulic cylinder and pedal.
• This machine is heavy duty as per design and heavy duty  V belt pulley Fitted  with 6 nos. Of V belt in grooves and heavy duty flywheel fitted with machine.
• A special slide of the machine is run by special crank system.
• Eight feed rolls is run by special quality of gears  and   worms .(Tampered Steel Material)
• The feed roll is run by electric motor fitted with gear  box attached herewith .
• The required power of  machine is 50 HP/960RPM 50Hz /60Hz Siemens Make And Hydraulic System Fitted  With 7.5HP Electric Motor Siemens.
• This machine Is attached with conveyor system as per your design the speed of conveyor is adjust by electric geared motor.
• The production of wood wool from 1mm to 3mm  will be 4000kg to 5000kg in 8 hrs.
• Machine will run by electric motor  at 180 RPM .
